Visitor parking
Dubai Exhibition Centre offers free visitor parking, operating 24/7, supported by scheduled shuttle bus services to and from the Arrivals Plaza.
Direct metro access
The Expo 2020 dedicated metro station connects to Dubai Exhibition Centre, with trains arriving every 3–4 minutes from the Red Line network across the city.
Arrivals plaza
The expansive main plaza and entrance to the North and South Halls feature an interactive LED canopy, offering a striking visual experience.

Accessible facilities
Navigate easily with Braille signage and hearing loops available at information desks. Dubai Exhibition Centre features wheelchair-accessible washrooms, wide doorways, and lifts with low-level buttons for added convenience.
Wheelchair services
Complimentary wheelchairs are available to visitors with a valid ID at the North and South Concourses, as well as at Emergency Medical Service stations.
Support services
We work closely with Event Organisers to ensure dedicated registration desks are available for People of Determination.
