In October 2026, construction activities have now fully transitioned into Phase 2 - delivering extended concourses, new East Halls, and multi-storey car parks through a phased programme of works. The Eastern Road is a critical enabling project, maintaining access to DEC, Expo City hotels, and basement facilities.
